GARCIA BROTHERS BAND WEBSITE

 

Lare and  Gig Garcia have established themselves as accomplished concert performers, studio musicians and entertainers for many years.  Born in Chicago they started performing with Percy Cat and the Night Walkers at an early age and after moving to California they formed the Garcia Brothers Band in 1973 in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

 

As performers the GB’s have shared billing with numerous international headliners appearing in concert support with Lou Rawls, Avril Lavigne, Pete Escovedo, Sons of Champlin, Dishwalla, Creedance Clearwater Revisited, Angela Bofill, Chubby Checker, Stephen Bishop, Jazz Crusaders, Sergio Mendes and Tower of Power. 

 

They’ve accumulating many hours in recording studios as accomplished session players, engineers and producers.   In 2006 they were joined by Sacramento musicians Dave Schuler and Jim Grayberg.
